Fees are in Euros (€) - V.A.T. 20% included. Invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your address.

The registration fee for MEMBERS/NON MEMBERS/STUDENT includes the Welcome cocktail, Admission to the scientific sessions, Conference Kit (final program, abstract book, etc), Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Conference Dinner, Concert.

The registration fee for accompanying person includes Welcome cocktail, Conference Dinner and  Concert; admission to the scientific sessions, Conference Kit (final program, abstract book, etc), Coffee Breaks, Lunches are not included.

The registration fee for daily registered participants includes Admission to the scientific sessions for 1 day, Conference Kit (final program, abstract book, etc), Coffee Breaks and Lunch. Conference Dinner and Concert are not included but can be bought on site if seats will be still available.

La quota d'iscrizione ECM include: programma della giornata, blocco, penna, coffee breaks e pranzo come previsti nella gionata prescelta.

Please specify title of the Meeting (NMMC 2010), your name and family name as a description of payment. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by remitter.

Personal or Company cheques will not be accepted. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival.

Once we receive your payment, an invoice will be issued for any fee paid and sent to your address by ordinary mail.


Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank’s information.
Refund of fees, less € 75,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 13 August 2010. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Meeting.

What will then appear?
First, a summary of your personal data to be confirmed, then the REGISTRATION page where you will have to choose your registration fee. Upon completing the online registration form, a second e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address from registration@sistemacongressi.com with the summary of the selected options and the total amount to be paid.

After you completed your online registration, it will not be possible to access the online registration form except for registering your accompanying person(s). Click here Accompanying Person and use your PIN and Password to access the accompanying person on line registration form.

Changes can only be made by requesting them by email to the ORGANIZING SECRETARIAT.
